BELONGING

One of these biggest themes I'm seeing and feeling right now within clients, myself and others is the energy around Belonging. Belonging is a very relational energy. It involves safety, the feminine, connection, feeling seen and healthy relation and this makes so much sense to be coming forward right now being that we're in between very relational Eclipses and in the midst of Libra season. We also still have Chiron in retrograde and Chiron is the wounded healer and guess we are all of our deepest wounds lie, in our Nervous System and guess what our most relational system is, our Nervous system. So you may find yourself moving through lots of big relationship stuff whether that be big endings, divorce, purging old relation dynamics from your life, our welcoming in new ones. You may also find yourself in a massive period of anxiety, depression, not feeling quite like yourself as so much change is taking place right now because Eclipses are some of the most powerful portals we have all year in that that usher in life altering change and they do it abruptly and intensely to help completely shift us onto a new timeline and into a new version of our self.

Eclipse Portal - invitations for relational change

These times are so powerful as invitations for great change and the deepest foundational healing. In order for that change to occur, our shadows, both individually and collectively have to be brought to the surface, amplified, and occur in a way we can no longer ignore. Once we get this great clarity, the triggers and wounds come forward and these revelations occur, we then have a right to reclaim our power to write a new pattern in their place and to choose a new path forward that can serve us so much higher since our programs were all passed down to us in childhood. Most often what's running the show within us isn't even ours to begin with. Much of what we're being called to look at specifically right now has to do with our relational patterns, so this is the way we relate to all parts of the Self and thus how we relate to all parts of life outside of us. Our Nervous system is our most relational system and it was also created in childhood so right now massive inner child healing is being called to take place.

2022 Energy Report

Hello beautiful souls! Now that we're fully immersed in 2022, I finally wanted to talk about the underlying energetics and what we can see showing up in our inner and outer realities this year. On top of experiencing massive and abrupt change, there will be great focus on connections and relationships and how they really hold the mirror up for us to see ourselves even deeper. We'll be navigating through polarity and duality and how we can come into greater harmony and balance to be One with all of creation instead of resisting it and avoiding it. We'll be creating more union internally and externally within the Masculine and feminine. The sacral chakra will also be up for a great deal of clearing, strengthening and integration around all it holds space for... the subconscious, inner child, self-protective parts, traumas, coping mechanisms, "shadows", emotional body, traumas, etc. It will be a powerful year to help us anchor it to our bodies even further by working on safety and honoring our Nervous Systems.

We also will continue to see the rise of the Divine Masculine which is the warrior, protector, strength and grounding so that the Divine Feminine is free to roam and occupy her rightful space here.

Excavating Analogy - Complete rebirth is taking place

Right now I keep hearing the word excavation as to what's happening on a soul level. That there is a complete digging up and almost re-rooting taking place at our core, which mostly is dealing with our identities thus far, who we have been, so what identity we've been living in since childhood. These identities many times, especially for many light bearers because of the work they were called here to do, are ones of fear because we choose toxic and dysfunctional lineages to incarnate in to help assist massive clearing on so many levels, but especially ancestral which thus assists Earth's ascension at a higher level helping her purification process, etc. Because so much light is now returning here on Earth, this complete upheaval is happening to help us completely resurrect who we have ever been, all of of those imprints, and false beliefs, and fears, to allow us to be replanted, in new more nurturing and nutrient dense and supportive soil - which is our thoughts and conscious intentions and emotions. I see this beautiful powerful rebirth going on to allow us to become who we truly are, removed of all of the fear and imprints of who we have been.

October is almost here and we're in for some more super transformational energy that's digging up even more layers of incredibly profound core wounds from a depth I've never quite seen before. These wounds, being as deep as they are, of course stem from our lineage and first were triggered within us when we were children and not able to fully process them because we weren't in full consciousness yet so they've stuck around as trauma because they have never been truly resolved and honored - honored especially as a projection of someone else's stuff that we took on because we just didn't know any better. And now is the time when our soul is ready to bring them in to the light and allow them to ascend and become something more beautiful and useful to us and our wholeness. This is because this October energy is just so supportive of this work. How blessed are we to be held as we make way for more of ourselves to show up ad birth their way through us.

Some of the themes for October's 10 energy are - of course deep transformation, shadow work, honoring the darker/more dense aspects of our selves and creation, veils thinning, truths being revealed, energetic protection, physical, emotion, mental and energetic boundary work - that's not going away any time soon -, endings of past cycles, and wholeness so that we can begin again.

NEW IDENTITIES + GROUNDING IN TO SAFETY

The last couple of days I've felt this strengthening occurring in regards to the new foundations we're building and it's lighting the most powerful, beautiful, but gentle fire in me that I wanted to share more about to help grant you some more clarity as to what these times are all about. My souls been showing me it almost like re-doing a house in a puzzle kind of way.... I'll explain, don't worry. Look at it like you just bought a new house, but really the house is our body and a higher level of our soul is whose coming to live there(your body is your soul's home). And so you've just picked the house out and you're now walking through it and feeling and looking at what resonates and what doesn't. For example... maybe the carpet is outdated and you want to replace it, a couple rooms are too dark and they need more light, ???there's mold in one space, it needs to be purified before you can live there, you decide you want more space so you want to break a wall down and expand that area. And all of these change combined, are help creating this puzzle - each one is a piece of this perfect whole house that you desire. All of the individual parts to be readjusted and upgraded to make the larger picture complete, balanced and One. This is exactly what I'm seeing our higher self/soul doing right now with us... This thought-form has got to go, it's not serving us, let's replace with a new one. This feeling is too dark, let's lighten it up a bit. This isn't the way I want to look or feel anymore so let's complete readjust and shift it. Like I said last month we're really diving in to these new identities. And identity encompasses all of us - inner and outer and also our connection to all of life then because the inner us/all of us is shifting. Identity encompasses thoughts, feelings, how the physical body is functioning, the physical body's appearance, food, friends, partners, places, purposes, things, etc. Our higher self is coming to occupy us more fully than ever before so we're now having to make these adjustments to realign with our soul, to become this complete larger picture realigned with the ONE - our highest soul self - and it's so insanely beautiful. It doesn't feel as heavy as other times have where we are going through a complete rebirth, it feels more grounding and exciting that we get to redesign ourselves to become more authentic with who we truly are. We get to write a new story. We get to become someone "new". Because after all, this is the year of Self-Empowerment and that's what we're doing right now, taking our power back to become someone new. That's stronger, healthier, more aligned, clearer, more joyful, more abundant and supported and safer with who we are than ever before.

So since September is a 9 frequency which is the end or completion of cycles, it helps us along this process of becoming by continuing to support us and hold space for us to let go of whatever else isn't really us anymore. This 9 really helps us detach, flow, and step in to our freedom - our purest self - free.

This is your energy overview for our new Powerful cycle: 2019.

2019 carries a 3 vibration which will be governing all things Self-empowerment, Self-mastery, Sovereignty, Reclaiming one's worth. We will be called to cultivate more balance by re-establishing and re-proclaiming healthy and loving boundaries for our self as a mirror of this self-worth. These boundaries then reflect physically as our giving and receiving, our physical abundance or the lack of it.

As you can see above a lot of these words/themes start with self- hense this will be a time of returning inward. It will be a year of remembering how powerful you are as the Co-Creator of everything in your life. This means we will be remembering and honoring that we are responsible for everything in our existence, we are the one who has created each and every connection and experience. As we acknowledge this, we sometimes have to face the uncomfortable parts of our self, the parts of us who are still attracting less than, but it this same awareness that also sets us free, free from victim-hood, from blaming others which takes away our power, free to redesign the life of our dreams and free to see the infinite potential before us. This year we're here to let go of the past, to stop allowing it to have control over our future and to command a new story on our highest behalf, IN THIS NOW MOMENT FOR NOW IS ALL WE HAVE, aligned with Oneness and Love.

The big physical focus this year will be the Solar Plexus, gut health, along with the heart and throat along with these chakras. We'll be realigning these three in one unified field.

I can't wait for all that is going to occur in 2019. It may continue to be challenging, revealing, illuminating, uncomfortable and will really call you to transform into a completely new self-identity, but overall it's going to strengthen you and open you up to a new level of your Divine Self-Expression that you, and the world, has been waiting for! 2018 was an incredibly vital year to our personal and collective ascension. We were blessed with the powerful 11 self-mastery vibration which called us to return to an even more Divine, pure, aligned, and sacred space with in our selves. Because of this call to return so immensely inward and to realign with our Highest selves, we had to clear everything that was hindering this highest potential that exists within us. We had to go ahead and make space for integration of this profound light by releasing the debris, the density, the veils that were hindering the world from seeing what we were truly made of. This call to Oneness manifested in a lot of ways that felt like complete upheaval and destruction so that we could recreate from a new foundation. We were asked to heal deep deep karmic wounds, traumas, fears and most importantly the repression of our Divine self-expression by the lower masculine. We watched this all play out collectively/globally in a massive way as well. Each and every experience was all an invitation to return back to our true love and to let go of the illusion of separation.

Powerful one, Oh what a year it has been. A year of change, upheaval, awakening, clarity, transitions, rebirth, lots of endings to make way for so many new beginnings and new foundations and there's still more immense support to come with the final illuminating portals in December: 12/12 and 12/21 - the Winter/Summer solstice. This year has really called us to rise up and return home. Our soul has gifted us with so many opportunities to re align with this strength, purity, balance, ONEness, empowerment and love within. Energetically on this planet right now there is a HUGE and powerful return of the divine feminine occurring and a rebalancing of the divine feminine and divine masculine energies. This has been going on now for years, but this year it has felt + been extremely heightened for many reasons. This year resonates with 11 which signifies new paradigms/beginnings and both halves of life(feminine + masculine) This will reach its peak on 11/11 which is a divine counterpart/twin flame frequency and master number of perfect unity in to oneness.
What happened many many moons ago was the suppression of the divine feminine because our power of creation was feared. Women were silenced because men knew their capabilities, their strength, their divine wisdom, their connection to source & the lower masculine energies that very much stem in greed, control, manipulation, domination, aggression, & anger all of which are the complete opposite of true feminine energy and men who vibrated lower feared these things because of a lack of true understanding of their highest intention. Feminine energy by divine birthright carries the qualities of compassion, of love, of nurturing, of peace, of vitality, of passion, of sensuality, and of gentleness. (This is not to say men can not be these things... these are divine feminine qualities which men do also possess as all of life need both aspects for creation.) I ask you to step back in to your consciousness & view whats happening right now on a much larger scale and the potential being brought through. The beauty that's coming from these wounds that we're healing which are paving the way for the feminine to rise back up in full force. FEELING ISOLATED ON YOUR SPIRITUAL PATH

Times of immense transformation, like the one we are currently in, can often times feel incredibly "lonely" or "isolating" for so many beautiful reasons. As we return to our Divine embodiment, other's serve as mirrors, but they can't show up and do the work for us. We must. And this requires us to return back home. To lean further in to ourselves. Our wounds, Our strength. Our pain. Our glory and to dig in and find the light. We can't hear this guidance when it's suppressed or we have distractions interfering and are surrounded by noise so this space of being becomes vital to our ascension.

As we transform and cleanse, we also are constantly shifting vibrations, which means that the energy that brought people in to our space may no longer be the frequency we are currently vibrating out and so people truly can't see us anymore when this happens and they flow in and out just as energy does - we're beings of movement constantly changing forms. Also is this space it's very normal to feel a sense of disconnection as we move from familiar to unfamiliar and need to realign with who now best serves us.

So remember that all states eventually pass. That you have power over your thoughts. And that humans are just one, that's right - only 1 aspect of creation in a universe full of infinite potential. There is support all around you - just open your eyes to see all the forms it truly comes in.

The solar plexus chakra holds space for SELF-EMPOWERMENT, BOUNDARIES, GIVING AND RECEIVING, BRAVERY, COURAGE, AND STRENGTH, PROSPERITY, VITALITY AND LIFE-FORCE ENERGY, SELF-MASTERY, HAPPINESS, JOY, SELF-ESTEEM, CONFIDENCE and it also is what dictates our digestive health and overall mental health since our gut directly communicates with brain. You know how you get that sick to your stomach feeling or gut feeling? Well that's because your gut is your second brain. It contains 200 million neurotransmitters which are communicating with the subtle realms and are receiving information. That information then travels from your stomach up through your vagus nerve to your brain where the information is processed and then action is taken. The most we can support this space on the energetic side of things the more we create space for physical promise and radiate health.

Change is such an incredibly beautiful expression of the Divine. At our very core we are destined for movement. We exist in a spiral universe. We're made of energy which is always in movement, we're physically comprised of water which always flows and physically we were gifted with a vessel that was created to move, to stretch, to expand and experience life to reflect the innate nature of this universe we chose to be a part of. This aspect of change is a gift of the heart. Its the trust and surrender that our soul is orchestrating this all on our behalf and every form of movement is what is now highest aligned for us or carrying us to a higher destination. It also gives us hope in the moments that are dark and heavy that this two will pass. Everything has to continue moving. It is the universal law. Nothing is permanent and because of that this gives us an even greater sense of gratitude and appreciation for how incredibly brief each and every human experience is.

HOW TO HEAL OUR WOUNDS WITH SELF-LOVE

I read the most powerful quote the other day by Maryam Hasnaa that said, "forgive your self for needing tough lessons." and since we are in the midst of such an incredibly powerful time of being triggered and called to heal, I wanted to share some wisdom and guidance with you as I received a wave of emotions rise to the surface today to be cared for and they taught me so much more about self-love than I ever could have expected. A lot of times when we make decisions which are intended to bring things up in us, we can feel guilt or judgement or shame towards our self for not choosing higher in that moment, when in reality all choices are our highest. Some things do need to be chosen so that a deeper part of us, maybe one we didn't even know needed attention could be held and nurtured and brought to conscious completion. So in this episode I'm fresh in the midst of my own emotions rising, tears falling, but I felt so amazing that I chose love in this moment instead of a less beneficial choice and so I wanted to share with you tools you can call on when your wounds call for healing as well so that you can ignite your own inner flame of resurrection and self-love.

My soul has named this year the year of self-love and for such divine reasoning and resonance. We are currently in an 11 year which is absolute realignment with the highest divinity and oneness within ourselves. This oneness is our Divine Feminine energy, its compassion, its nurturing, its care, its honoring our highest self in every moment and thus seeing our self mirrored in all of life around us. As we bestow this grace on our self we cause immense healing, more joy, ecstasy, abundance, gratitude, and peace which emanates out in to the world. In times such as these I don't know a force more powerful for producing the beautiful change that we all desire and deserve. For all of life to be seen as equal, for all beings and states of beings to be respected and cared for, and for all of existence to thrive. LUNAR ECLIPSE + MORE 2018 INSIGHT - THE YEAR OF SELF-LOVE

am so overjoyed and blessed to walk this great path with you. Thank you
for being here. I hope you are a having a life-changing 2018 thus far
in all of the good life-changing ways even if you can't see where this
change is leading to yet.

We have been in such powerful energies already}_{this
year as we are stepping in to this realignment with our oneness and
self-mastery - the gifts of our present 11 year. The upcoming total
lunar eclipse has been divinely designed to really get this year going
and to be a catalyst - a push if you will to a new path that is in even
higher resonance with our soul. Even though it doesn't occur until the
blue moon (the second full moon in 1 month) on 1/31, I've been feeling
it's effects since mid-january and I'm sure you might be on some level
too, whether consciously or unconsciously. Eclipse windows are powerful
jolts of transformation. They are times of upheaval, resurrection,
immense cleansing, purging and like I said before re-alignment with your
highest potentials, worth and blueprint. But eclipse windows in years
such as this one which is focused on deep inner work, oneness, and the
heart - carry more of a specific cleansing - emotions, emotions from the
past, heartache, shadows (especially tied to the second full moon of
the month) and removing any sort of blocks that are keeping us from
existing in our purest state - love.

It's
also beautiful to recognize the Divine Feminine energy of emotions and
what a gift it is to allow the flow of tears, of release and to simply
just let ourselves feel - feel all of it. That if we can stand by and
watch our emotions like a flowing river that our feelings and emotions
are just simply in movement, washing their way through us and then on
out of us and transmuting to light. But if we choose resistance - if we
chose anger, fear or a lack of understanding as this information arises
we will create dams that block their flow and cause internal suffering
for postponing our own healing and lack of nurturing and love for our
selves.

These
times may have you feeling a bit more overwhelmed as a lot of this said
information is coming up for release to flow on through you. You may be
feeling incredibly emotional - this is truly how the heart opens - by
releasing the flow of things which are blocking your most unconditional
love :) Your dream state may be extra active, triggers from your past
may be coming up. This time almost has a sense of looking backwards or
reflecting on the past, but not to have you move backwards or feel
immense sadness even though you might - and that's perfectly perfect and
ok as long as you don't unpack and live there, but to become empowered
by the things that you have overcome. To see the blessings that came
from the lessons you endured. To realize the strength you gained from
the pain. To have gratitude, not regret or remorse or victim-hood. To
find the ways to accept what was, let it go, and walk forward in peace.
To no longer be tied or shackled to those things which were only there
to gift you more love, but you just couldn't see that then. As we are
able to walk forward with forgiveness, we then open up more room in us
for love.}

DECEMBER 2017 ENERGY REPORT + 2017 REFLECTION

Powerful one,

Oh what a year it has been. A year of change, transition, awakening, rebirth, resurrection and there's still more to come with the final illuminating portals in December especially the Winter/Summer solstice. This year has really called us to rise up and return home. Our soul has gifted us with so many opportunities to re align with this strength, empowerment, and love within. Sometimes these opportunities looked like complete destruction, like pain and ache, like feeling lost and isolated, like a new relationship or location, but regardless all that has been placed before us or that has met us this year was a chance for us to resonate with a more divine aspect of our self and to return to our divine feminine wholeness of flow, nurturing, and of understanding instead of fear and hate. In this episode I talk about how we can further return to our empowered self to connect with life from states of fullness and unity instead of from desperation or need. And how all of creation is working for us even if it doesn't arrive in a pretty package.

November is upon us and shining down more divine encodements than ever before to reactivate and reawaken all of your limitless potential that has been lying dormant. This is truly a month of illumination, insights, reflections and transformation as we are in the presence of an 11 frequency in a 1 year which so beautifully magnifies the energies of new beginnings, new cycles, a return to our purest blueprint, new foundations, and of course oneness. We are also, by divine design, still in the midst of powerful Scorpio energy which further supports and intensifies our personal and collective death of all that is no longer serving our highest and a rebirth of that which is held in the reservoirs of our heart and soul. And as each one of us honors our shadows and darkness and brings healing and compassion to the places within that have only known pain, we embody grace and love and send waves of hope out in to the futures that we are co creating with every choice and breath we take.

ENERGETIC PROTECTION

Most of the time we are walking around day to day carrying the thoughts, emotions, and patterns of others in our being unknowingly. Whether we have taken them on or absorbed them from a family member, partner, friend or co-worker it does not matter, all that matters is that they are not ours. One of our greatest tools of empowerment and greatest ways that we can practice self love is to keep our being pure and to only process our own stuff as to not add to the collective lower energies of fear, anger, lack, etc. And as we empower our self to only process our own "stuff" we empower others to learn how to work through their own "stuff" as well, which helps us not create karmic debt or any lower attachments and contracts. In this episode I talk about why this topic is so important this month as the veils continue to thin, and how we are impacted when we don't have tools and a practice that helps keep us safe from the lower energies around us that can so easily be absorbed in to our own field especially if we aren't conscious of them. As humans we have a tendency to label and believe that only those things which feel light, blissful, and of the highest order are synchronicities and are perfectly meant for us, when in divine truth every single moment of your life has been designed by the highest forces of your own soul to bless you, to gift you, to evolve you, to assist your ascension and crystalline embodiment. Because of the illusions present on the physical realm and 3d reality we rarely are able to see how much incredible spiritual growth and expansion comes from the times that feel tough, where pain is present or where lessons show up, but these are actually the moments that provide us with the most healing and the most love. They give us the greatest strength and opportunities to seek the purest place within our soul to empower our sacred nature that lies in every breath and co creation. x

YOU ARE WORTHY - honoring your highest + creating loving boundaries

Boundaries are one of the biggest struggles for those who label them selves empaths, sensitives, and healers, because our hearts are naturally expansive and want all to exist in their highest state of being, but showing up for ourselves in our true worth is the most sacred gift we have to give ourselves in any realm and also to give to others. It is our divine birthright to be honored, acknowledged, respected, and we are allowed to demand that treatment for ourselves. Lower and karmic vibrational relationships most often are rooted in another using guilt, control or manipulation to get us to behave in a certain way for this benefit and this will only leave both souls struggling. As we each rise in to our sovereignty we not only hold self love for ourselves but we empower and hold the space for others to too return to their own source light and to overcome their own shadows that are keep them from existing in their purest state of being.

This one felt so ripe and appropriate with these current eclipse energies and overall with the energy of this year that I couldn't wait to gift this perspective shift to you all to assist your current life experiences and maintaining more peace of mind, soul and heart.

Being deep in the midst of a 1 year which resonates with new cycles, new creation, new beginnings + resets, many things are ending, whether that be jobs, locations, relationships, partnerships, and the connections go on so that we can create now from a new higher paradigm that better serves our soul. Laying a new foundation for our next cycle to come.

When something outside of us physically breaks a tie with us, our mental mind can immediately turn to fear, and with this fear will come a lack of understanding, victim-hood, resistance, confusion, hurt and often times suffering of what this end really came to gift us. Instead of looking at this occurrence as something outside of us that's here against us, I share insight on how to stay empowered and honor this beautiful end and the blessings that lie in us being set free to seek out whatever is waiting for us that is going to be of a higher resonance. when it all falls apart its really all coming together

Oh this physical realm and it's illusions. We so often think that when everything is taken from us or we're separated from a partner or our jobs taken away that our world is over. We suffer and cry and hurt and rightfully so. It's hard to face human loss when we are existing solely in this limited way and not in tune with our soul's higher purpose through this manifestation. When the truth is that destruction only frees us. It only removes all of these cords and ties that bind and restrict us. destruction leads to creation and the even higher truth is that our soul only removes us from connections no longer meant for us. Sometimes it has to intervene and use force and cause things to happen to(for) us because we dont listen to all the signs we've been given and all of the pain we feel and continue to stay in places long after we've outgrown them. this episode will shed some more light on this and how to step back in to grace to detach from the less than and carry on higher.

making love with the uncomfortable

The uncomfortable is uncomfortable. When it shows up, we immediately want to resist. We want to run and hide from it. And by not acknowledging what is has come to teach us, we cause more suffering with in our being. The uncomfortable becomes louder and louder and hurts more and more the longer we postpone the healing.

When we learn and make the conscious choice to ease in to that space of uncomfortable expression and befriend it, honor it, acknowledge it, we see it just is here as a form of love and highest growth. It's a gift. Of the highest order. May you have the courage to make peace with your pieces.

rejection is protection

I feel its so important to talk about how incredible our soul is. That it always steps in and removes things from our life that are not serving us multidimensionally. Sometimes our physical self makes lower vibrational choices that our soul knows is not the best possible connection we can receive and so on our behalf it protects us by removing this experience so that we can move onwards and upwards. We can perceive this detachment as suffering and pain when we want to control our life experiences.
