Takashi Kawatani is a Cross-cultural Management Consultant, assisting trouble-shooting of cross-cultural issues at Japanese organizations, local businesses, and government bodies in 20 countries since 1986. He is active in ASEAN, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, a political and economic union of ten nations including Japan. He is also President of the Diversity Management Institute of Japan, Japan’s first consulting company carrying the name “diversity”.
